What is good English pronunciation?
Does it mean speaking like a native speaker? If so, what kind of native speaker?

In the past, many teachers and learners of English believed that in order to have good English pronunciation you needed to have Received Pronunciation (RP) –

Times have changed. Now it is agreed that you don’t have to speak like a middle class British person in order to have good English pronunciation.
But you do need to be able to speak clearly, and you need to have the ability to be understood.
